The first three posts on this blog were all about accounts. Which ones are mine, which ones are not, and what to do when a fake one messages you. Important stuff, but not exactly fun. So this one is about something else entirely: I have Pokémon cards, and I keep them in binders. The picture at the top of this post is one of the pages.
The Jolteon page
One binder page is basically all Jolteon. There is a regular Jolteon, a Dark Jolteon, a Light Jolteon, and then a few more Jolteon prints on top of that. Same Pokémon, over and over, in different versions. If you ever wondered whether one binder page can hold that many Jolteons, it can. A page like that kind of speaks for itself, so I will let it.
The Ditto page
Another page is Ditto. If you don't know Ditto, its whole thing is that it can transform into other Pokémon. So these cards all say Ditto at the top, but the picture is Ditto doing an impression: Ditto as Charmander, Ditto as Bulbasaur, Ditto as Pikachu, Ditto as Squirtle, Ditto as Geodude. Pichu and Phanpy are on that page too. In the photo, the binder is sitting next to a Pokémon TCG tin.
Putting this post together, I did notice that I have a whole binder page of a Pokémon that copies other Pokémon, on a website that mostly exists because people copy me. I am choosing to find that funny.
There is one big difference, though. A Ditto card tells you it is a Ditto. It says so right at the top, in print, no matter what the picture looks like. A fake account does the opposite: it takes my pictures and puts my name on top. So if you take one thing away from the Ditto page, make it this. Read the name, not the picture. My real handles are on the official links page, and the verify page has the full check.
A Ditto card at least admits it's a Ditto. Fake accounts don't.
The two in Chinese
Then there are two cards I have a picture of in my hand instead of in a binder: a Dragonite VSTAR and an Eevee V. Both are Chinese-language cards, both are in sleeves, and yes, my nails were painted.
Eevee is also, for anyone keeping track, the Pokémon that Jolteon evolves from. So technically the Eevee V and the Jolteon page are related. I am counting that as organization.
What this post isn't
This is not a price guide. I am not going to tell you what any of these cards are worth, and this is not a post about where they came from. It is just the cards: what is on the pages, written down, the same way the rest of this site writes down what is mine.
One last thing, because this site is still this site. If you ever see pictures of my binders on an account that isn't on my links page, that account isn't me either, no matter how good its Jolteons look. Same rule as everything else here: check the links page first.
That's the binders. Thanks for looking at my Jolteons.
